Leandro Pisano

Leandro Pisano is a critic, curator and independent researcher whose interests focus on aesthetics and politics of sound and new technologies, dealing specifically with rural and marginal territories. He holds a PhD in Cultural and Postcolonial Studies at University of Naples L'Orientale and he is director and founder of Interferenze new arts festival. He conducted presentations, conferences and workshops in different universities or during events related with new media aesthetics, design, sound and sustainability in Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Peru, Uruguay, China, Korea, Japan, India, Iceland, USA, Finland, Germany, Great Britain, Norway, Portugal, Sweden, Turkey.  He is author of the book Nuove geografie del suono: spazi e territori nell'epoca post-digitale (Meltemi, 2017) and he is a journalist, being columnist on Blow-Up magazine and he has contributed to Corriere della Sera (La Lettura), Neural, Doppiozero, Textura.org, Exibart and Nero magazine.

Antonio Arévalo

Antonio Arévalo is a writer, poet and curator for contemporary art exhibitions. He is presently Cultural Attaché at the Embassy of Chile in Italy. He is known as one of the most active Latin American curators in Europe. His artistic and literary work takes place between Rome and Santiago de Chile, ranging from art to theater to poetry. He has been Commissioner of Chile for the 49th edition of the Biennale di Venezia 2001, Honorable Mention by the International Jury, curator of the Biennale Adriatica Arti Nuove 2006, curator of the Chilean Pavillon ad the 53rd and 54th editions of the Biennale di Venezia (2009 and 2011). In 2015, he has been commissioner of the project Poéticas de la Disidencia included in the 56th edition of the Biennale di Venezia, Chilean Pavillon.
