Rurality 2.0 The Sight Below

Follower of the tradition of the labradfordian school but at the same time debtor to the ethereal and intimate approach of shoegazer, Rafael Anton Irisarri from Seattle buolds a road to ambient that, beyond the usual processes and methods ( extrapolation dronic from instruments like piano and guitar, now dilated in air now echoed in rates of 4/4), reveals composite scents of ocean-moon feelings (beginning with Slowdive and My Bloody Valentine) esoteric and vaguely hypnotic. The romantic soul of Reafael splits between images out of focus and influenced by minimal techno of the works under the name The Sight Below and the resulting emotional RAI project, which moves in the wake of Type/Miasmah productions.
